Yoga & Breathwork Exercises for Wellbeing Event

For: Everyone is welcome to come and join in from our younger to older generations – we all need to keep joints active and work on balance

Duration: Approximately 3 Hours, please arrive at 12:50 for a prompt start

Event Schedule (timing is approximate):
Welcoming attendees and talking about Enables Active Wellbeing Program and the Benefits of Yoga & Breathwork as well as other physical activity
1hr 25 – Chair Yoga- A fun, gentle mobilisation class using chairs to make yoga more accessible for older generations, aiming to keep joints active, work on balance, flexibility and strength.
Break and Free Refreshments [light snacks and drinks]
45 minutes – Yoga Nidra- A meditation practice that is between daydreaming and sleep. Helpful in allowing relaxation and stress relief.
**Please wear something comfortable to be able to do gentle exercises in and bring a bottle of water with you.**
